9 Day Gut Cleanse

INGREDIENTS:
Psyllium husk, Bentonite clay, L-Glutamine, Sarsaparilla extract, Noni extract, Ginger extract, Magnesium ascorbate, and Apple pectin.
All that can be is organically sourced; This excludes minerals, amino acids, and vitamin mineral complexes. 
 
When you purchase you receive a recyclable kraft zipper pouch bag of the cleansing powder with a 1tbs scooper inside, A half page post card with cleansing instructions and helpful tips, and a business card or two to share with those interested! What you will need to get on your own is a 12oz jar and organic apple juice, or better yet, organic apples to juice on your own!
 
During this program you will be shedding the outermost layer of your gut microbiome while simultaneously adjusting to a healthier environment. With the final outcome of clearing out your deep intestine, Rebuilding your gut microbiome, Correcting your metabolism, Cleansing your blood, and Resetting your digestive system to a healthy place.
 
The protocol is to consume only the cleanse shakes, no foods and no juices. Steer clear of adding citrus to your drinking water! Staying nice and hydrated throughout the days. If your body is needing something more, adding bone broth and fresh coconut water will be a helpful add on. Best to make your own simple bone broth if you can. If vegan/vegetarian you can have miso instead of bone broth, not veggie broth. Misos fermentation is helping aid the gut, as does the bone broth. Very minimal caffinated tea and coffee if need be, herbal tea is okay throughout. I recommend trying to break the caffeine habit after day 3.
 
DIRECTIONS:
Add 1 FLAT tablespoon scoop of the cleanse powder into a 12 oz jar
Fill jar with organic apple juice (can do half water half apple juice)
Shake very well! More than you think...
DRINK IMMEDIATELY!!
Refill jar with water and drink directly after
Repeat 6 times in total daily
